When will I receive my order?

Orders must be placed by 2pm for express delivery.   Please ensure there is someone there to receive the product as we don't like to leave the product unattended outside.

How much is delivery?

Delivery Fee is a flat rate of $10.00.

Do you deliver on weekends?

We don’t deliver on weekends, however for catering please email michelle@mumsbaklava.com or directly call us on 0401-054-408. If you would like an order specifically for the weekend, we will arrange for a Friday Delivery (order must be placed 48hrs prior). All stock is made to order, so receiving them on a Friday, would be absolutely perfect for weekend consumption.

Do you have vegan products?

Our Original Baklava is made as a vegan option also.

What is the shelf life of this Baklava?

Mum’s Baklava is made to order, as we pride ourselves on the freshness of our product. Our original flavour has a 21day shelf life, and the flavours have a 10 day shelf life from the day it’s delivered. Mum’s Baklava CAN’T BE REFRIGERATED. We use pure sugar syrup and it will only destroy the product once refrigerated. The product will be fine on the bench.

Where is Mum’s Baklava manufactured?

Mum’s Baklava is a family run business and our commercial premises situated in Ferntree Gully Victoria.

Can I return or refund my order?

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we don’t allow returns or refunds unless we deliver the incorrect product. Contact us by phone within five hours of delivery, and we will re-send the correct product at no extra charge.   If for the unlikely reason the product arrives damaged, we will replace it with no extra charge. In such a situation, contact us by phone immediately.
